Should you ever use poison to solve a wildlife problem?

The word extermination is a wrong term that it is used on what people do when it comes to the wildlife management. Most of the time the right way to go for is to use the wild life traps. It is not the right option to resolve to the lethal control. The best way to get rid of the animals is not to use the poison since poison is the silly thing that people can do or can use to get rid of the animals. There are no animals including rats that should be killed. Before you consider using poison, you have to know that there is no poison that promises to kill the animals up to 90 percent.

When the animal die because of eating the poison, they can die where they are and they can cause bad odor in the home and the new rats may continue to come into the home even after the first ones are dead and this is why poisoning is never going to solve the problem. It is important to identify the holes in the attic or in the walls so that they can be sealed permanently to ensure that all these points had been sealed off so that the animals do not come into the house again. The use of the animal poison will not solve the problem and it means that you will have to call up to the company every day. The rats are the animals that most of the times are killed but the traps that are used can kill them at once. The hard snap will catch the neck at once. Even if it is never better to kill the animals, using of the poison can be inhumane and most poisons are anticoagulants and when the animals eat the poison, they will die because of internal bleeding.

When you have the wild animals like raccoons in the attic, opossum in a trash can or a snake in a lanai and the squirrels, the best way to deal with these animals is to call the professional to get rid of them at once and this is a humane and effective way to deal with the animals. The animals are trapped using the humane live traps, they should be relocated out of the place and they are not going to be harmed in any way. Whenever you have a need to deal with the animals, keep away from the exterminators that use poison. Go back to the How to get rid of wildlife home page.
